The useful
fine print.
These storefront terms outline the intended process for custom display inquiries and orders.
Estimates and orders
Prices produced by the online builder are estimates. A build becomes an order only after Lovely Machines provides a final specification and price, the customer accepts them, and any required payment or deposit is received.
Custom specifications
Customers are responsible for reviewing dimensions, content, mounting requirements, colors, character sets, and other specifications before production. Changes after approval may affect price and timing.
Lead times
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Material availability, custom engineering, carrier delays, and site readiness can affect timing.
Installation and use
Displays must be installed and operated according to the provided guidance and applicable electrical, structural, and safety requirements. Site preparation and third-party installation work are the customer’s responsibility unless included in the accepted scope.
Creative rights
Customers retain rights to content they provide and confirm they have permission to use it. Lovely Machines retains its product designs, software, documentation, brand assets, and other original work unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Questions
Project-specific agreements may add to or replace parts of these general storefront terms. Contact the workshop before ordering if any term is unclear.
