Getting your machine
from here to there.
Because every display is made to order, delivery and changes work a little differently from an ordinary online purchase.
Made-to-order review
The builder provides a product estimate. Before production, the workshop confirms the final specification, production schedule, shipping method, installation needs, and complete price. No display enters production until those details are accepted.
Shipping
Shipping is quoted for the finished size, weight, destination, and level of handling required. Small displays may ship by parcel service; larger pieces may require freight or coordinated installation. Tracking or delivery coordination is provided when the display leaves the workshop.
Changes and cancellations
Configuration changes are welcome during review. Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, changes and cancellations may be limited and may include the cost of work already completed.
Damage in transit
Inspect the shipment when it arrives. If packaging or the display appears damaged, document it with photographs and contact the workshop promptly so the carrier claim and repair plan can begin.
Returns
Custom-made displays are generally not returnable for preference changes. If the finished display does not match the confirmed specification or arrives with a manufacturing issue, the workshop will work with you on repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.
